From Raw Tower Shell to Contemporary Desert Executive Office | Commercial Project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Project Overview

Set high above Riyadh's fast-growing business district, this executive advisory office translates regional material character into a calm international workplace. We delivered concept planning, custom furniture, direct product supply, logistics and final installation as one coordinated service, creating a discreet environment for senior teams and confidential client meetings.

Phase 1: The Original Bare Shell

The original tower floor was a raw concrete shell with exposed mechanical services and full-height glazing. Warm desert light and the wide city view offered a powerful identity, but glare control, privacy and clear separation between reception, meeting and executive zones were essential.

Phase 2: Design Concept & Space Planning

Our contemporary desert-minimal concept uses strong architectural layers and generous hospitality.
The space is divided into three core functional zones:
  • Executive Reception — a quiet lounge with immediate access to private meeting rooms.
  • Boardroom Suite — a sculptural table and controlled lighting support formal decision-making.
  • Private Advisory Lounge — comfortable seating and discreet storage create a relaxed confidential setting.
Vein-cut sand limestone, smoked oak, brushed bronze, camel leather and cream wool express regional warmth through precise modern detailing. Light is filtered and layered to remain comfortable from day into evening.

Phase 3: Hard Finish Framework

The construction phase completed stone floors and counters, smoked-oak wall panels, bronze trims, integrated doorways and a concealed ambient lighting system. Furniture footprints, power access and acoustic treatments were coordinated before the final installation.

Phase 4: Final Soft Furnishing & Styling

We supplied the boardroom, executive and hospitality furniture together with lighting, rugs and accessories, ensuring consistent finish quality across every client-facing area.
